Dear A-PBA Members,
This is to announce the A-PBA Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held in conjunction with the A-PBA Conference in Kuala Lumpur (22-25 April 2013) below;
Date: 24 April 2013
Venue: Marriott Putrajaya Hotel at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Time: 5.30pm local time in conjunction with the A-PBA conference.
Proposed Agenda of AGM:
- Adoption of the minutes of the Annual General Meeting 2012
- Annual report 2012 of the A-PBA EXCO Committee
- Presentation of Financial year's 2012 accounts balance
- Committee motions & Members motions
- Presentation of the proposed A-PBA Strategic Planning for AGM’s approval.
- Any other business
A special members motion may be requested (by no less than 7 voting members), to be included on the agenda at the Annual General Meeting by writing to the Secretary no later than 15 April 2013
The AGM will start at 5.30pm. Please be seated on time
Note: Only active member (membership paid) are allowing to attend the AGM
